Asher B. Adamec, DMD, MD practices oral and maxillofacial surgery with an office in Jacksonville, FL
Dr. Asher Adamec is a Jacksonville, FL native and double Gator graduate. After graduating from Fletcher High School, he attended the University of Florida for undergraduate studies where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition.
Dr. Adamec received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he graduated class valedictorian. During the time he earned his DMD, Dr. Adamec served as president of his dental class, was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, and coordinated dental service trips to Guatemala annually.
During his six-year residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at LSU, Dr. Adamec trained in New Orleans, LA in what used to be known as the famous Charity Hospital. He completed medical school and received his Doctorate in Medicine (MD) in 2021. He then completed a general surgery internship at LSU University Medical Center in New Orleans.
Dr. Adamec has extensive training in dental implants, dentoalveolar surgery, orthognathic surgery, head and neck trauma, pathology, and reconstruction, and facial cosmetics at a nationally renowned level 1 trauma center.
In his free time, Dr. Adamec enjoys spending time with his wife and their 2 sons, surfing, travelling, boating, grilling, playing drums and serving in his local church. Dr. Adamec is excited to return home to Jacksonville and provide the highest quality of care to his patients.
